Requirements
Client portals are part of the Agency plan (from €99/month) — and during the current open alpha you can test them completely free. For the portal to show real numbers, the client should have at least one connected data source.
Add your report branding (optional)
The portal itself runs in the MetricDash interface. Your shareable report pages, on the other hand, carry your branding: add your square logo and wordmark, and every report page your client opens via the link appears with your agency logo in the header and footer — on the paid plans without a powered-by-MetricDash note.
Invite clients
- 1Open the client account and send the portal invitation by email link.
- 2Your client creates their own login via the link.
- 3After logging in they land straight in their dashboard — no detours, no agency context.
- 4The owner on the client side invites further users as viewers when needed.
What your client sees — and what they do not
In the portal your client sees their own numbers in real time: campaigns from Google Ads and Meta Ads, leads, website data from GA4, Rybbit, Plausible or Umami, and SEO data from Google Search Console. All read-only, only their own dashboard, never other clients’ data and no agency internals.
One privacy detail: the leads area only becomes visible after the user has given a one-time data-protection confirmation. That way you share lead data cleanly documented.
Fewer status emails, more strategy
When clients see their numbers themselves, they ask fewer status questions — your conversations turn to strategy instead of re-sending numbers. That saves you time every week and retains clients, because your work is permanently visible rather than once a month.
On the client side, the owner manages their own team: they invite further users directly in the portal — viewers see the numbers, the owner keeps control. So management gets access just as the marketing team does, and it creates no admin work for you.
