Report templates, schedules and shareable links

Portals & reports

A template from eight blocks

A report is built from a template you assemble from eight section types: core KPIs, spend trend, platform comparison, campaign table, organic search (GSC), lead summary, lead list and goal progress. Each client gets exactly the sections that matter to them — the performance client gets the campaign table, the SEO client gets organic search. Built once, the template runs again in every cycle.

Set the schedule

The schedules are time-zone-safe — even the daylight-saving switch does not move your Monday 8 a.m. report. If a client pauses, you simply pause the schedule with them. Anyone who has unsubscribed from notifications is respected and not contacted further.

  1. 1Assemble the template for the client.
  2. 2Choose the cadence — weekly or monthly — including the time and the day of the week or month.
  3. 3Add as many recipients as you like: the client, their team, your own project lead.
  4. 4Activate the schedule — from now on MetricDash sends the report on time.

Shareable links and on-demand reports

If you would rather not send an email attachment, share a report link: a frozen data snapshot whose numbers no longer change afterwards, valid for 30 days and accessible without a login. Your client passes it on internally to management or colleagues without anyone needing an account — and you never again argue over numbers that have supposedly changed since you sent them.

If a client suddenly needs numbers for the quarter, you create an on-demand report with a freely chosen period at any time — same template, same branding, ready in minutes. The shareable report pages carry your agency logo.

Which data flows into reports

The reports draw on Google Ads (including MCC), Meta Ads and Google Search Console — plus your leads. Website analytics from GA4, Rybbit, Plausible and Umami you see in the dashboard and the client portal, but not yet in the report.

For context: automatic, scheduled reports are part of the paid plans (Pro and Agency). On the Free plan you create reports manually and share them by link — during the open alpha every feature is free anyway, schedules included.
