Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. About This Page

This page explains how to have data deleted that MetricDash received through its Meta Ads integration (Facebook and Instagram ads). The controller is MJ Marketing, Mijo Jurisic, Olszańska 7, 31-513 Kraków, Poland. More details are in our privacy policy: https://metricdash.app/en/privacy.

2. Meta Data MetricDash Stores

  • The ID and name of the connected ad account.
  • The Meta access token, stored encrypted in the database and decrypted only server-side.
  • Ad account performance metrics: daily totals of spend, impressions, clicks and conversions per client, budget alerts based on them, and generated reports.
  • Cached dashboard views (including per campaign, with campaign name and status). MetricDash deletes cache entries that are no longer refreshed automatically after 7 days.
  • MetricDash does not access or store the profile data of personal Facebook accounts.

3. Disconnect Meta Ads for a Client

In MetricDash, open the client, go to "Integrations" and choose "Disconnect" for Meta Ads. The access token is deleted immediately and MetricDash stops fetching data from Meta. Metrics and reports already stored remain until you have them deleted as described in section 5.

4. Delete the Client

When you delete a client in MetricDash (via "Delete Client" in the client’s menu), all of that client’s connections are disconnected and their access tokens are deleted. To have stored metrics and reports deleted, follow section 5.

5. Request Deletion of All Remaining Data

Email [email protected] to have all remaining data deleted, including stored ad metrics and reports. Please name the agency and the affected client or ad account. We delete the data within 30 days of your request (Art. 12(3) GDPR).

6. Remove Access on Facebook

You can also revoke MetricDash’s access directly on Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, then select MetricDash and remove it. MetricDash can then no longer fetch data from Meta through your access. Data already stored in MetricDash is not deleted by this; use sections 3 to 5 for that.
