How the Agency plan is billed

The Agency plan starts at €99 a month and already includes 3 clients. Each additional client costs €29 — and just €19 from the 11th client on. Data sources never count toward the price: every client can connect as many platforms as they like without the price going up.

So you pay for exactly what you manage — not for every single Google Ads, Meta or analytics connection. That's exactly where the bill grows with source-based tools once your clients run multiple channels.

What does MetricDash cost during the alpha?

During the open alpha, MetricDash is completely free – every feature, connect unlimited clients, no credit card. The plans below (Free, Pro, Agency) only take effect at official launch.

What happens after the alpha?

When pricing takes effect at launch, we'll notify every tester in good time and with fair advance notice – nothing is charged silently, because no credit card is on file during the alpha. The Free plan stays free forever, so you don't have to move to a paid plan.

Do you count data sources?

No – and that won't change. With MetricDash you pay per client, not per data source. Every client can connect as many platforms as they like without the price going up. That's exactly where source-based tools fall apart once your clients run multiple channels.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. There's no minimum term and no lock-in; you can cancel paid plans at any time to the end of the month. During the alpha there's nothing to cancel anyway, because everything is free and no payment details are stored.

Which plan are the client portals in?

Client portals with their own login are part of the Agency plan – together with team & roles, report pages carrying your agency logo, and priority support. A client portal is a dedicated, read-only login straight into the MetricDash interface; there's no white-label. Free and Pro are built for a single account (e.g. your own business) and don't include separate client access.
