Create your account
MetricDash is currently in open alpha — you create your account without a credit card, and every feature is free to use. After signing up you land straight in the agency dashboard, your command centre for all clients.
The dashboard is a card grid: each client later becomes a card with its key metrics. Until you add a client, the grid is empty — that is exactly where you begin.
Add your first client
A client account is the unit everything in MetricDash revolves around — billing is per client account, never per data source. So you can connect as many sources as you like later without changing the price.
- 1In the dashboard, click “Add client”.
- 2Enter the name, industry, monthly budget and currency.
- 3Save — the client appears in the grid as a card right away.
Connect your first integration
To put real numbers on the card, connect a data source. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console run over OAuth — you sign in with the relevant account and confirm read access. The privacy analytics tools Rybbit, Plausible and Umami are connected per client via an API key instead.
A single source is enough to start. Open the client’s detail view, pick the integration and follow the connection dialog. Then assign the source to that client. Per client you can combine as many sources as you like — Google Ads plus GA4 and Search Console, for example.
Configure the card and use the dashboard
Each client card shows four metrics of your choice — from spend, conversions, ROAS, leads, clicks, impressions, CTR and CPC. So ROAS leads for a shop, while leads and CPC lead for a B2B client.
From now on you have every client at a glance: connected platforms, open alerts and the last sync sit right on the card, with an aggregate header above it showing total spend, conversions and open alerts across all clients. When you invite team members, you give each one of four roles — Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer — and assign a responsible manager per client.
- Google Ads (including MCC manager accounts), Meta Ads, GA4 and Search Console via OAuth
- Rybbit, Plausible and Umami per client via API key
- Four freely chosen metrics per client card
