Microsoft Advertising Dashboard & Reporting for Agencies
Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) runs in its own interface, Google Ads in another tab, Meta in a third — and at month-end you copy everything into a spreadsheet so your client sees one number. MetricDash connects your Microsoft Advertising account via OAuth and shows cost, clicks, and conversions right next to Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Search Console — in one view per client, without you building a dashboard.
The key difference from yet another reporting tab: MetricDash normalizes Microsoft metrics to the same vocabulary as Google Ads. CPC is CPC, a conversion is a conversion — you compare every ad platform directly, instead of translating three different logics in your head.
The Microsoft Advertising integration is included in every plan and costs nothing extra: you pay per client account, never per data source. Data syncs automatically every 6 hours, with an on-demand live fetch in the dashboard on top. Currently free to use in full during the open alpha.
What the Microsoft Advertising integration does
Google, Meta, and Microsoft directly comparable — no conversion needed
MetricDash normalizes campaign data from Microsoft Advertising to the same vocabulary as Google Ads and Meta Ads. In one view per client, you see which platform clicks and converts more cheaply — and your client doesn't need to understand three ad interfaces to read their numbers.
Daily and hourly data show trends early
MetricDash pulls Microsoft Advertising numbers daily — and by the hour for the current day. If CPC rises or CTR drops, you see it in the trend immediately. Spend anomaly detection automatically flags unusual jumps in Microsoft spend before the client asks.
Budget alerts across every ad platform
Microsoft spend feeds into budget monitoring: you get an alert at 80% and 100% of the monthly budget. No surprises at month-end when a client advertises on Google, Meta, and Microsoft at once — you keep an eye on the total budget per client, not just individual accounts.
Clients see their own Microsoft numbers — with their own portal login
Your client gets their own login and can check their Microsoft Advertising performance themselves at any time — live, read-only, with none of your agency's internals. That saves you the "can you send me the current numbers?" emails between reports.
Automatic reports with Microsoft data
Microsoft Advertising campaigns automatically land in your scheduled report emails and in shareable report links. Unlike the web-analytics sources, Microsoft Advertising is a fixed part of the sent reports — alongside Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, and leads.
How the connection works
- 1Connect your Microsoft account via OAuthLog in with your Microsoft Advertising account and pick the ad account — that's it. No API keys, no developer credentials, no technical setup. The connection runs through the official Microsoft Advertising API; MetricDash handles token renewal automatically afterward.
- 2Map the ad account to the clientAssign the Microsoft Advertising account to the matching client account. Data sources per client are unlimited — Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Search Console can simply be added on, with no change to the price.
- 3Use the dashboard and client portalCampaign data appears normalized in the client view, right next to the Google Ads and Meta numbers — you build nothing yourself. Optionally, give your client their own portal login so they can check their numbers themselves at any time.
- 4Set up reports and alertsSet the schedule for automatic report emails and define the monthly budget — MetricDash notifies you at 80% and 100%. Spend anomaly detection runs automatically from the moment you connect.

FAQ
Is Microsoft Advertising the same as Bing Ads?
Yes. Microsoft Advertising is the current name of the platform formerly known as Bing Ads. It runs ads across Bing search and the Microsoft advertising network. MetricDash connects via OAuth through the official Microsoft Advertising API.
Do I need developer access or an API key?
No. The connection runs via OAuth: log in with your Microsoft Advertising account, pick the ad account, done. No API keys, no developer account, no technical setup — even someone without an IT background can do it in a few clicks.
Can MetricDash change anything in my campaigns?
No. MetricDash only has read access and pulls campaign data — cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, and CPC. It doesn't change campaigns, ads, or budgets. You can revoke access at any time from your Microsoft account.
Do the Microsoft numbers land in reports too?
Yes. Unlike the web-analytics sources, Microsoft Advertising is a fixed part of the automatic report emails and the shareable report links — together with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, and leads. You also see the data live in the dashboard and the client portal.
What does the Microsoft Advertising integration cost?
Nothing extra — it's included in every plan, including the Free plan. With MetricDash you pay per client account, never per data source: a client with Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Search Console costs the same as one with a single source. As of July 2026 (launch pricing): Pro €49/month, Agency from €99/month. Currently free to use in full during the open alpha.
