Google Analytics 4 Dashboard & Reporting for Agencies

Ad data alone only tells half the story. Google Ads and Meta Ads show you what your campaigns cost and deliver — but not what's happening on your client's website overall. MetricDash's GA4 integration pulls sessions, users, traffic channels, and top pages right alongside your ad data. One dashboard per client, the full picture.

The connection runs via OAuth: sign in with your Google account, pick the GA4 property, done. You don't build a dashboard or configure an API — website data appears automatically in the client view, the client portal, and your reports.

GA4 is included in every MetricDash plan, and data sources per client account are unlimited — you pay per client, never per connection. Currently free to use in full during the open alpha.

What the Google Analytics 4 integration does

Traffic channels at a glance

MetricDash shows where visitors come from: organic, paid, direct, or referral. You immediately see whether your campaigns are actually driving incremental traffic or just replacing existing traffic — and your client understands, without explanation, which channels carry their website.

Ad data and website performance in the same dashboard

No more switching between GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Sessions and users sit right next to clicks, cost, and conversions from the ad platforms — in one view per client. That surfaces connections that stay invisible in separate tools.

Top pages

Which content works, which landing pages pull their weight? GA4's top pages sit right in the client dashboard. That gives you arguments for content and landing page decisions — and gives your client a concrete look at their own website instead of abstract numbers.

Daily historical data for real trends

Sessions and users over time show whether a campaign, a blog post, or a seasonal spike made the difference. Historical data flows automatically into dashboards and reports — nothing to export or copy into spreadsheets.

GA4 numbers in the client portal with their own login

Your clients get their own login and see their website numbers live at any time — without you granting access to the GA4 property or sending screenshots. The same data also lands in automatic report emails and shareable report links.

How the connection works

  1. 1Connect via OAuthSign in with your Google account and grant MetricDash read access to Google Analytics. No developer credentials, no API keys, no configuration in the GA4 backend.
  2. 2Map the property to the clientPick the GA4 property and assign it to the matching client account. You can combine as many data sources as you like per client — GA4 plus Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console, for example.
  3. 3Use the dashboard and client portalSessions, users, traffic channels, and top pages appear automatically in the client view — next to the ad data. Through the client portal, your client sees the same numbers with their own login.
  4. 4Send reports automaticallySet a schedule, and MetricDash sends report emails including the GA4 data. Alternatively, share a report link — a frozen snapshot, valid for 30 days.

FAQ

Do I need developer access or technical setup?

No. The connection runs entirely via OAuth: sign in with your Google account, pick the GA4 property, and you're done. All you need is read access to the property — no API keys, no tracking code, no changes to the GA4 setup.

How secure is the data — what can MetricDash do in my Google account?

MetricDash only gets read access to the Analytics data. No settings, properties, or reports in your Google account are changed. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account.

What does the GA4 integration cost?

Nothing extra — GA4 is included in every plan, from the Free plan up to the Agency plan (from €99/month, as of July 2026). Data sources per client account are unlimited: you pay per client, never per connection or dashboard. Currently even free to use in full during the open alpha.

Can my clients view their own GA4 numbers?

Yes. Through the client portal, every client gets their own login and sees their sessions, users, and traffic channels themselves at any time — without access to the GA4 property. You can also set up automatic report emails or share report links — the report carries your agency's logo.

Can I connect multiple GA4 properties?

Yes. Connect as many properties as you like and assign each to the matching client account. Since MetricDash bills per client account and not per data source, this creates no extra cost — even if a client has Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console connected alongside GA4.
