Meta Ads Dashboard & Reporting for Agencies

Facebook and Instagram campaigns run in Ads Manager, Google Ads in another tab — and at month-end you copy both into a spreadsheet so your client sees one number. MetricDash connects your Meta ad account via OAuth and shows spend, clicks, and conversions right next to Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console — in one view per client, without you building a dashboard.

The key difference from yet another reporting tab: MetricDash normalizes Meta metrics to the same vocabulary as Google Ads. CPC is CPC, a conversion is a conversion — you compare both platforms directly, instead of translating two different logics in your head.

The Meta Ads integration is included in every plan and costs nothing extra: you pay per client account, never per data source. Currently free to use in full during the open alpha.

What the Meta Ads integration does

Google and Meta directly comparable — no conversion needed

MetricDash normalizes campaign insights from Meta to the same vocabulary as Google Ads. In one view per client, you see which platform clicks and converts more cheaply — and your client doesn't need to understand two ad managers to read their numbers.

Daily insights show trends before the month is over

MetricDash pulls insights daily, not just at report time. If CPC rises or CTR drops, you see it in the trend immediately. Spend anomaly detection automatically flags unusual jumps in Meta spend — before the client asks.

Budget alerts across Google and Meta

Meta spend feeds into budget monitoring: you get an alert at 80% and 100% of the monthly budget. No surprises at month-end when a client advertises on both platforms — you keep an eye on the total budget per client, not just individual accounts.

Clients see their own Meta numbers — with their own portal login

Your client gets their own login and can check their Facebook and Instagram performance themselves at any time — live, read-only, with none of your agency's internals. That saves you the "can you send me the current numbers?" emails between reports.

Automatic reports with Meta data

Meta campaigns automatically land in your scheduled report emails and in shareable report links. The links are frozen snapshots, valid for 30 days — your client sees exactly the state you sent, not numbers that keep shifting underneath them.

How the connection works

  1. 1Connect your Meta account via OAuthLog in with your Meta account and pick the ad account — that's it. No API keys, no developer credentials, no technical setup. MetricDash handles token renewal automatically afterward.
  2. 2Map the ad account to the clientAssign the Meta ad account to the matching client account. Data sources per client are unlimited — Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console can simply be added on, with no change to the price.
  3. 3Use the dashboard and client portalCampaign insights appear normalized in the client view, right next to the Google Ads numbers — you build nothing yourself. Optionally, give your client their own portal login so they can check their numbers themselves at any time.
  4. 4Set up reports and alertsSet the schedule for automatic report emails and define the monthly budget — MetricDash notifies you at 80% and 100%. Spend anomaly detection runs automatically from the moment you connect.

FAQ

Do I need developer access or my own Meta app?

No. The connection runs via OAuth: log in with your Meta account, pick the ad account, done. No API keys, no developer account, no technical setup — even someone without an IT background can do it in a few clicks.

Can MetricDash change anything in my campaigns?

No. MetricDash only has read access and pulls campaign insights — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, and CPC. It doesn't change campaigns, ads, or budgets. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta account.

What does the Meta Ads integration cost?

Nothing extra — it's included in every plan, including the Free plan. With MetricDash you pay per client account, never per data source: a client with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console costs the same as one with a single source. As of July 2026 (launch pricing): Pro €49/month, Agency from €99/month. Currently free to use in full during the open alpha.

Do I need to renew the connection regularly?

No. MetricDash renews the access token automatically. Connect once and that's it — you don't need to log in again every few weeks, and dashboards, reports, and alerts keep running without interruption.

Are Meta and Google campaigns really directly comparable?

Yes. MetricDash normalizes Meta metrics to the same vocabulary as Google Ads: spend, clicks, conversions, CTR, and CPC mean the same thing in both columns. In one view per client, you see which platform converts more cheaply — no export, no Excel, no manual conversion.
