MetricDash is a service provided by MJ Marketing, Mijo Jurisic, Olszańska 7, 31-513 Kraków (VAT ID: PL5130297952). MJ Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data processed through the MetricDash platform. For questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, company name when you register.
  • Integration Data: OAuth tokens for Google Ads and Meta Ads connections, stored securely and used only to fetch advertising metrics on your behalf.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the platform for service improvement.
  • Advertising Metrics: Campaign performance data (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions) fetched from connected ad platforms.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Providing the MetricDash dashboard and reporting services.
  • Displaying aggregated advertising performance metrics.
  • Sending service-related communications (account updates, security alerts).
  • Improving our platform and user experience.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary to provide our services.
  • Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Service improvement, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Marketing communications, optional analytics.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (EU region, Frankfurt).
  • Self-hosted VPS: Application hosting on our own server in Germany (EU).
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery (EU).
  • Google & Meta: API integrations to fetch your advertising data (initiated by you).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request. Advertising metrics are retained for the duration of your subscription. You can request complete deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
